Ultrasonic Homogenizer LT-UH404 is integrated with temperature control system to prevent sample from overheating. Power can be continuously adjusted with 1% accuracy and time can be adjusted precisely from 0.1 to 9.9 seconds. It can store maximum 500 sets of experimental data. With up to 900 watts of ultrasonic power, the unit processes samples from 0.2 ml to 600 ml. It uses cavitation and ultrasonic waves to break cells in suspension, shear DNA and prepare samples for Chip assays.
