Labtro Cytocentrifuge LT-CC101 works by spinning small-volume cell suspensions at speeds up to 3000 r/min, generating centrifugal force of up to 730 ×g to concentrate cells onto a defined area of a microscope slide for examination. Its brushless DC motor drives the rotor smoothly and quietly, while the microcomputer-controlled system maintains accurate speed with a precision of ±30 r/min. The touch-panel interface allows users to set operating speed and time, store working programs, and quickly recall previously used settings for repeated procedures. During centrifugation, the LED display provides clear monitoring of operating parameters, while real-time conversion between speed and RCF helps users select the appropriate centrifugal force for different samples. The controlled spinning process helps produce a concentrated and evenly distributed cell layer on the slide, improving sample preparation for microscopic observation and further analysis. The self-locking lid, lid safety mechanism, overspeed protection, and automatic alarm system continuously monitor operating conditions and help prevent unsafe operation.
