Overview
<span style="color:black;">Labtro LT-PSF100 is a pilot-scale freeze-dryer for the development and scale-up of vial lyophilization processes. Silicone oil is circulated through the shelves from -55 to +80 °C, so both pre-freezing and drying happen on the shelf. A top hydraulic system stopper vials under vacuum. The condenser -85 °C collects 6 kg/batch. PLC control with a color LCD Touchscreen stores programs of 36 segments, draws live curves and exports data by USB, all in a clean-room friendly stainless steel body.</span>
