Labtro Formaldehyde Gas Detector LT-FGD101 monitors formaldehyde concentrations with high precision for environmental and industrial safety. Its built-in suction pump continuously draws air samples into an advanced electrochemical sensor. Inside the sensor, formaldehyde molecules undergo a chemical reduction-oxidation reaction at the sensing electrode, generating an electrical current proportional to gas concentration. A microprocessor processes this signal to deliver real-time readings on an LCD dot-matrix screen within 10 seconds. Designed for rugged field conditions, the IP66-rated, explosion-proof detector operates continuously for up to 12 hours on a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery. If gas levels cross preset thresholds, the device instantly triggers a two-stage sound, light, and vibration alarm to alert personnel. High-speed USB connectivity enables easy data downloading and printing, ensuring efficient safety compliance and record-keeping.
