Labtro Seal Integrity Tester LT-SIT101 operates by securing the package or test specimen in the appropriate fixture and applying controlled positive internal pressure through the gas injection head. The operator selects the required test mode, such as burst, creep, creep-to-failure, pressure-holding, or gross-leak testing, and presets the required pressure and test time. A high-precision electronic flow controller regulates the gas flow while the embedded microcomputer continuously monitors the test process. Real-time pressure values and test curves are displayed on the 7-inch touchscreen during operation. Depending on the selected mode, the system determines the package response to increasing or sustained pressure, including seal failure, leakage, or burst conditions. Test results are automatically evaluated and can be stored in the internal memory, printed, or transmitted to a connected PC through the RS-232 interface.
