Labtro Semi-Automatic Microtome LT-SAM101 supports a 0.5 to 100-micron thickness range to prepare tissue sections with controlled specimen movement and automated trimming. The specimen is mounted, positioned, and adjusted before sectioning. Excess material is trimmed, followed by precise cutting to obtain consistent sections. Collected slices are transferred for slide preparation, allowing a smooth workflow from block setup to final section collection.
