Turbidity Meter LT-TM101

Turbidity Meter LT-TM101

Labtro Turbidity Meter LT-TM101 operates by measuring the optical turbidity of microbial suspensions using a stable LED light source at 565 ±15 nm. The sample is placed in a compatible test tube, where the instrument detects changes in light transmission caused by suspended bacterial or yeast cells. The measured optical signal is processed and displayed directly as a McFarland value from 0.00 to 15.00 McF with a resolution of 0.01 McF. Results are obtained within 1 second, enabling rapid assessment and adjustment of microbial concentration. The system accommodates 18 mm, 16 mm, and 12 mm test tubes using suitable adapters and requires only 2 mL or more of sample.
