Labtro Vein Locator LT-VL101 uses 850 nm near-infrared light to visualize superficial blood vessels beneath the skin. The device detects differences in near-infrared light absorption between blood vessels and surrounding tissue, processes the captured vascular information, and projects the vein image onto the skin surface in real time. With an 854 × 480 pixel resolution, 60 frames/s imaging speed, and detection depth of up to 8 mm, it helps visualize veins with diameters of 0.4 mm or larger. Adjustable projection brightness, multiple image colors, and Normal, Enhanced, and Depth modes allow the displayed vascular image to be adapted to different patients and examination conditions.
