The HEPA filter provides ≥99.995% collection efficiency for 0.3 µm particles, helping maintain a Class 100 environment. Its centrifugal fan maintains stable airflow, while the adjustable wind speed of 0.2 to 0.6 m/s allows airflow to be controlled according to operating needs. The quasi-closed work area helps reduce the entry of external air into the clean zone. An LCD color screen provides convenient control of cabinet functions, while the UV lamp supports sterilization between operations.
