Ductless Fume Hood LT-DLFH102

Ductless Fume Hood LT-DLFH102

Labtro Ductless Fume Hood LT-DLFH102 draws contaminated laboratory air inward through the front opening and directs it through a multi-stage filtration system. Larger particles are first captured by the pre-filter, while fine particulates are retained by the HEPA filter and chemical vapors are adsorbed by the activated-carbon filter. After filtration, the treated air is recirculated back into the laboratory, eliminating the need for an external exhaust duct. The VAV airflow control system automatically regulates air movement to maintain suitable operating airflow, with an air-handling capacity of 220 to 1200 m³/h. The LCD touchscreen displays air speed, operating time, and filter condition, while the saturation-monitoring system triggers audible and visual alarms at approximately 80% filter saturation. LED lighting supports clear visibility inside the work area, while UV sterilization can be used for internal decontamination when required. The system therefore controls exposure to compatible laboratory fumes by continuously capturing, filtering, monitoring, and recirculating the treated air.
