Labtro Nucleic Acid Analyzer LT-NAA102 is a fully automated real-time PCR system designed to integrate nucleic acid processing, PCR amplification, fluorescence detection, data analysis, and result reporting within a single workflow. It accommodates up to 12 samples per run and supports FAM, VIC, ROX, and CY5 fluorescence dyes. An enclosed cartridge design incorporates automated liquid handling through micro-valves and pumps while containing process waste within the cartridge. Rapid and Classic processing modes provide test durations of approximately 60 and 90 minutes respectively.
