Nucleic Acid Analyzer LT-NAA101

Nucleic Acid Analyzer LT-NAA101

Labtro Nucleic Acid Analyzer LT-NAA101 is a fully automated molecular diagnostic system designed for nucleic acid extraction, PCR amplification, hybridization, detection, and result analysis. It combines PCR with reverse dot blot hybridization to identify target genetic sequences using microfluidic chip technology. The analyzer incorporates six detection modules and accommodates up to 24 samples per run. Automated reagent handling minimizes manual intervention and eliminates the need for precise pipetting during operation. Integrated temperature control provides heating and cooling rates of at least 1.5°C/s for efficient amplification. The system requires approximately 5 minutes of hands-on preparation, with a total turnaround time of about 3.5 hours. It supports HPV genotyping and detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and associated resistance genes. An integrated image detection system evaluates hybridization signals for qualitative interpretation.
